1. 入住時間(check-in) : 15:00-21:00。(Check-in time: 15:00 - 21:00) *晚於21:00前請主動電話連絡。(Please call before 21:00.)
2. 入住時請提供身分證件，以供登記。(Please provide your ID at check-in for registration.)
3. 本住宿不附早餐，可另加購早餐。(This accommodation does not include breakfast, you can purchase additional breakfast.)
4. 點心吧免費供應。(Free snacks.)
5. 客房皆有冷暖變頻冷氣，浴室皆有冷暖抽風機。(The rooms are equipped with heating and cooling inverter air-conditioning, and the bathrooms are equipped with cooling and heating exhaust fans.)
6. 全棟採電力供應，浴室電熱水器冬季期間，前者使用完畢請於每間隔20分鐘再進行使用。(The whole building is powered by electricity. During winter, the bathroom electric water heater should be used every 20 minutes when the former is used up.)
7. 響應環保若有髒汙才會行更換床、被單。(Responding to environmental protection, the beds and sheets will be changed only if there is dirt.)
8. 不加床、不加人。(No extra bed)、(Not one more)
9. 入住超過標準人數，未事先得到業者允許不得入住，如有異議民宿業者有權利拒絕接待入住。(Exceeding the standard number of people is not allowed without the permission of the operator in advance. If there is any objection, the homestay industry has the right to refuse admission.)
10. 僅接待滿18歲以上旅客入住。(Only passengers over 18 years old are allowed to stay.)
11. 請勿攜帶寵物入住。(No pets allowed.)
12. 旅客入住後，房內設備和物品如有故障損壞，民宿業者有權要求賠償。(After the passenger's check-in, if the equipment and articles in the room are damaged, the hostel operator has the right to claim compensation.)
13. 民宿室內全面禁止抽菸，違反規定依當地法令須罰緩新台幣一萬元整。(All our room is Non-smoking, please cooperate.)
14. 個人貴重物品請自行攜帶如有遺失恕不負責。
15. (Please bring your own personal valuables will not be responsible for any loss.)
16. 外出請攜帶鑰匙。( please carry the room key with you.)
17. 住宅周圍寧靜晚間22:00後，請降低音量，勿大聲喧嘩，避免影響其他旅客的權益。(Please turn down the voice after 22:00.)
